摘　　要：目的:研究湛江硇洲马尾藻Sargassum naozhouense Tseng et Lu的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析、薄层制备层析等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从硇洲马尾藻中共分离纯化了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:1-O-十六烷酰基甘油酯(1)、脱镁叶绿素a(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、甘露醇(4)、尿嘧啶(5)、胸腺嘧啶(6)、对羟基苯甲酸(7)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(8)、4-羟基苯酞(9)、2'-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(10)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该种海藻中分离得到。Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents in the seaweed Sargassum naozhouense collected from the sea around Zhanjiang. Methods： The compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques including silica gel chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography as well as preparative thin layer chromatography,and their structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results： Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 1-O-hexadecanoyl glycerol（1）,pheophytin a（2）,β-sitosterol（3）,mannitol（4）,uracil（5）,thymine（6）,p-hydroxybenzoic acid（7）,3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid（8）,4-hydroxyphthalide（9）,and 2＇-deoxythymidine（10）. Conclusion： All the compounds are isolated from the seaweed Sargassum naozhouense for the first time.
