摘　　要：目的:研究白花蛇舌草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白花蛇舌草中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:槲皮素(1)、山柰酚(2)、东莨菪素(3)、2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(4)、2-羟基-1-甲氧基蒽醌(5)、α-亚麻酸(6)、香草酸(7)、对羟基苯乙醇(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论:其中,化合物6为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物7、8为首次从该种植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of Oldenlandia diffusa. Methods： The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization method,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical and spectral analyses. Results： Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as quercetin（1）,kaempferol（2）,scopoletin（3）,2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone（4）,2-hydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone（5）,α-linolenic acid（6）,vanillic acid（7）,p-hydroxyphenylethanol（8） and β-sitosterol（9）. Conclusion： Compound 6 is obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 7 and 8 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
