摘 要:目的:研究白花蛇舌草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白花蛇舌草中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:槲皮素(1)、山柰酚(2)、东莨菪素(3)、2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(4)、2-羟基-1-甲氧基蒽醌(5)、α-亚麻酸(6)、香草酸(7)、对羟基苯乙醇(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)。结论:其中,化合物6为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物7、8为首次从该种植物中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Oldenlandia diffusa. Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as recrystallization method,and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical and spectral analyses. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as quercetin(1),kaempferol(2),scopoletin(3),2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone(4),2-hydroxy-1-methoxyanthraquinone(5),α-linolenic acid(6),vanillic acid(7),p-hydroxyphenylethanol(8) and β-sitosterol(9). Conclusion: Compound 6 is obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 7 and 8 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
