摘 要:探讨三类钠盐阴离子表面活性剂分子结构与其细胞增殖活性之间的关系.运用噻唑蓝比色法检测三类钠盐阴离子表面活性剂对CHO细胞增殖活性的影响,并用半数抑制浓度IC50值表征其毒性大小.结果表明:三类钠盐阴离子表面活性剂的促进作用随其碳链长度的增加而减小;三类钠盐阴离子表面活性剂的抑制作用随其碳链长度的增加而增大;细胞毒性由大到小为烷基硫酸酯钠盐,烷基磺酸钠盐,烷基羧酸钠盐.To explore the three kinds of anionic surfactant sodium salt in the Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) proliferation activity of influence. MTT assay method was used to detect the toxicity of 3 kinds of Ionic Surfactants on CHO cells. Then Compared its toxicity in terms of its half inhibitory concentration ( IC50 alue). It is turned out that the promoting effect of the 3 kinds of anionic surfac- tants was decreasing with the chain length' s growth. And their cytotoxicity increased with the growth of compound chain length. The eytotoxieity of alkyl sulfate sodium was the strongest, the cytotoxicity of alkyl sulfonie acid sodium salt was stronger, both stronger than alkyl carboxylic acid salt under the same chain length.
