摘  要:在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的聚合过程中,添加阻燃剂2-羧乙基苯基次膦酸(CEPPA)和不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG),制备阻燃共聚醚酯.通过乌氏黏度计、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热失重分析仪(TGA)、微量水分测试仪、极限氧指数测试(LOI)和锥形量热测试仪(CONE)等手段,对所合成产物的特性黏数、热转变温度、热稳定性、吸湿和阻燃性能等进行表征与分析.结果表明:阻燃共聚醚酯的阻燃性和吸湿性与PET相比均有所提高,其LOI达到27%,含水率达到0.67%,但热转变温度、结晶度以及热稳定性略有下降.The comonomers of 2-carboxyethyl ( phenyl phophinic) acid (CEPPA) , and polyethylene glycols (PEG) with different molecule weight were added during the polymerization process of poly( ethylene terephthalate) (PET) in order to obtain flame retardant copolyether-ester. The in- trinsic viscosity, thermal transition temperatures, thermal stability, hygroscopic property and flame retardancy were characterized and analyzed by Ubbelohde viscometer, differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), thermo gravimetric analyzer(TGA), trace moisture tester, limited oxygen index(LOI) and cone calorimeter(CONE). The results showed that compared with PET, the flame retardant co- polyether-ester' s hygroscopic property and flame retardancy were enhanced, while thermal transition temperatures, crystallinity and thermal stability of flame retardant copolyether-ester dropped. The copolyether-ester added with CEPPA and the PEG whose molecule weight is 1 500 had the LOI of 27% and the moisture content of 0. 67%.
