摘  要:研究硅油黏度、上油率及油水比等工艺参数对纱线从织物中拔出性能的影响.利用自制的油剂,在棉织物开松前对其进行预处理,以降低纱线从织物中拔出所需要的力,降低开松难度.试验结果表明,当硅油黏度为1000cs,上油率质量分数为2.0%,油水比为1:6~1:8,回潮率在10%左右时,纤维动静摩擦系数都明显降低,单根经纱和纬纱从织物中拔出所需的力比未用油剂处理过的分别降低35.76%和38.29%.In order to decrease yarn pulling force from cotton fabric, a kind of oil agent was prepared from silicon oils and water with the aid of emulsifiers and used to pretreat the cotton fabric before opening. In this paper, the effect of the oil agent formula such as the viscosity of the oil and the ratio of oil to water as well as the pretreating conditions on the yarn pulling force of a cotton fabric were investigated. The results showed that the oil agent can reduce the static as well as the dynamic friction coefficient of fibers significantly. The optimal formula of the oil agent was as follows- viscosity of silicone oil was 1 000 cs, the ratio of oil / water was 1 : 6. When the oil agent content on the was 2.0 mass fraction and the moisture regain was 10% , the required force for pulling a single warp and weft out from fabric decreased by 35.76% and 38.29% respectively upon treating with the oil agent.
