洗水对弹力牛仔面料服用性能的影响

摘　　要：研究弹力牛仔面料次氯酸钠洗水时,次氯酸钠浓度和p H值对洗水后面料服用性能的影响.结果表明:织物的断裂强力、透气性、弹性伸长率和弹性回复率均随着次氯酸钠浓度的提高而降低;p H值在碱性范围内,织物的断裂强力、透气性、弹性伸长率和弹性回复率的下降比在酸、中性条件下缓和一些;p H值为7时,断裂强力和透气性跌至最低值.The wearability of elastic denim was studied in chlorine bleaching washing by changing the concentration of sodium hypochlorite and pH value. The results show that the breaking strength, air permeability, elastic elongation and elastic recovery rate of the fabric decreased with the increase of the concentration of sodium hypochlorite. The downward trend of breaking strength, air permeability, elastic elongation and elastic recovery rate is getting moderate in the alkaline range than that in the acid and neutral conditions. The breaking strength and air permeability of the fabric reach the bottom when pH value is 7.
