摘　　要：认为动新闻(Animated News)具有4种出版价值和两种技术价值,由此提出动新闻是纸印报业向数字化全媒体报业转轨变型的一个有力抓手的判断。以《武汉晚报》的一则新闻为基础,通过构造一个动新闻虚拟制作团队,实现了动新闻的虚拟采访、虚拟文案、虚拟制作和虚拟出版。归纳出一个由16个步骤组成的动新闻采编制作调度流程,规划了支撑动新闻制作的作业软件体系,提出了一个由6个功能团队组成的动新闻制作团体,设计了一个基于制作流程、制作软件和制作团队的动新闻采编出版框架。It is deemed that the Animated News created by Apple Daily of Taiwan has 4publication values and 2technology values,and thus it is judged that animated news is an important approach for print media＇s digitalization and transformation to omnimedia.With a news report from Wuhan Evening News,virtual interview,virtual text compilation,virtual making and virtual publication of animated news was realized by a virtual animated news making team,an animated news case was created with 2Dcartoon and 3Danimation,and the operation nodes of interview,edit and making of animated news were identified.An animated news interview,edit,making and dispatch process consisting of 16 steps is established,an operation software system to support animated news making is planned,an animated news making team consisting of 6functional groups is proposed,and an animated news publication framework based on making process,making software and making team is designed.
