摘  要:为了解甘肃南部部分地区人群、媒介及宿主动物中Q热贝氏柯克斯体感染情况,采用布旗法和夹夜法分别采集蜱、野栖鼠标本,并收集当地居民及家畜血液标本.应用巢式PCR方法扩增蜱及野栖鼠标本中Q热立克次体,共检测6种蜱1 273只,其中若蜱1 126只,成蜱147只蜱标本,若蜱67组中有5组检测到Q热病原体DNA片段.成蜱中17只检测阳性;42只野栖鼠中2个鼠种3只检测阳性;采用间接免疫荧光法进行血清Q热抗体检测.共检测当地居民血清446份,抗体阳性29份;不同职业阳性率存在差异,以牧民的阳性率为最高.共检测家畜血液标本326份,其中牛56份,阳性5份;羊270份,阳性29份,无显著差别.饲养牛羊、牛羊不明原因流产、接生时保护措施3个因素与血清阳率有关,其中前两个因素为危险因素,后者为保护因素.To investigate Coxiella burnetii infection in ticks, rodents, domestic animals and local residents from Gansu Province, the risk factors associated with Q fever were analysed. Ticks were collected by dragging a cloth over the vegetation. Rodents were bait-captured using snap traps. After species identification, DNA of C. burnetii were isolated and detected by nested PCR targeting 23S rRNA of C. burnetii. Serum samples were collected from local residents and domestic animals. Indirect immunofluorescent asssy (IFA) was carried out to test antibodies (IgG) against C. burnetii. Case control study was carried out and a questionnaire survey was performed to collect the disease associated information. A total of 1 273 ticks were captured, 6 species were identified, including 1 126 nymph ticks and 147 adult ticks. 5 groups of nymph ticks and 17 adult ticks were positive for the agent. A total of 42 rodents of 4 species were collected and tested in the study, among which 3 positive. A total of 446 human sera were tested, among which 29 were showed positive. The positive rates were significantly different among occupation Livestocks breeding, the miscarriage history of livestocks and protection methods were statistically related to the infection risk.
