摘 要:选择雌雄交尾吴氏角叶蚤Ceratophyllus wui标本10对,采用加碘改良贝氏液封片,在45℃温箱内烤干后并继续置于阴暗处平放,直至色泽变浅清晰后观察.结果表明:雄第9腹板前臂在交尾中前伸而较直,这与加拿大树胶封片前臂向上、向后弯曲有一定不同,表明第9腹板前臂是可以自由前、后伸展的,这与适应雌雄交尾变形节扣抱牵拉屈伸有一定关系;从吴氏角叶蚤交尾结构关系看,雄第9腹板后臂腹膨与雌蚤肛腹板腹缘相对应,应是角叶蚤属多数种类交尾中位置的一个共性,而雌蚤第8背板生殖棘鬃在雄第9腹板腹膨前缘小狭凹处2根、侧缘2根和后缘1(2)根,在夹持稳固第9腹板前、后缘在其他角叶蚤中是否为共性,目前尚难作出判定,但这一结构位置与雄可动突插入雌第7腹板后缘内侧,不动突位于外侧夹持有异曲同工之妙,这两处在交尾锁合和定位上起到了关键作用;阳茎杆进入生殖腔后仅见到长的一根且末端渐细而成微波浪形,它经过雌蚤交配囊袋部被小凹口固定推测是所有角叶蚤属种类的共性,然而交配囊袋部多数种类呈膜质,加上交配囊袋部小,有小凹口不易引起注意且凹口膜质关闭后也难于识别,因此蚤类复杂的生殖系统,有的结构只有在交尾时才呈现出其对应机制的具体功能和每一种结构的应有特性.Total 10 pairs of mating samples of Ceratophyllus wui, Wang et Liu, 1996 were sampled and sealed with the iodine amend Berlese'medium, dried with oven in 45℃. The male flea anterior arm of st. IX was protrusive and straight when mating, different from the anterior arm upward and backward bending when sealed with the Canada balsam, indicating that the anterior arm of st. IX is free to extension to adapting the genital segments to buckle, pull and flexion during mating. From the mating structure of Ceratophyllus wui, the ventral expanses of male flea posterior arm of st. IX should be related to the ventral margin of female flea ventral anal, suggested that it should be a general mating position of most Ceratophyllus. The procreate spiniform of st. vm of female and ventral expanses of st. IX recession of front narrow, lateral and the trailing edge in male was 2 root, 2 root and 1 or 2 root respectively, however, it is difficult to know whether the leading and trailing edge of st. IX could be fixed in other Ceratophyllus. However, the movable process of male clasper inserting into the inner surface of posterior margin of ventral lobe of st. Ⅷ in female and the immovable process located in outer surface grasping that of female displayed the marvelous truth in in mating locking and positioning of flea. Only a long, tapering ended, wave - shaped root of the penis rod was observed when inserting into genital chamber. The penis rod appeared to be grasped by the perula of bursa copulatrix in a small concaved pass of female flea, which presumably be common in Ceratophyllus. However, with membranous and small perula of bursa copulatrix in most Ceratophyllus, it is not easily to observe and identify when the small membranous concaved pass closes, so as complicated mechanism displayed as the genital system worked, particular structure present peculiar characteristics for its corresponding specific function only in mating.
