摘 要:目的:观察100 Hz电针刺激对脑组织和脾脏胆碱乙酰转移酶mRNA表达的影响,初步探讨电针的免疫功能调节作用机制。方法:将昆明小鼠24只随机分成对照组、插针不电组和电针组。给予小鼠电针4天后处死,用RT-PCR分别检测小鼠血清、延髓、下丘脑和脾脏中胆碱乙酰转移酶mRNA的表达情况。结果:RT-PCR显示:小鼠的血清、延髓、下丘脑和脾脏中均有胆碱乙酰转移酶mRNA的表达。结论:胆碱能抗炎通路可能参与了100 Hz电针调节免疫功能的作用。Objective: To observe the effect of 100 Hz electro-acupuncture on the mRNA expressions of brain tissue and Ch AT and to preliminary discuss the immunoregulation effect and mechanism of electro-acupuncture treatment. Methods:24 male KM rats were randomly divided into normal control group,non-electro acupuncture group,and electro-acupuncture group. On the fourth day of electro-acupuncture,the rats were sacrificed and RNA was extracted by kit from the serum,medulla,hypothalamus,and spleen to detect the expressions of Ch AT by RT-PCR. Result: RT-PCR showed that Ch AT mRNA was expressed in serum,medulla,hypothalamus,and spleen. Conclusion: The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway may be involved in the regulation of the immune function of 100 Hz electro acupuncture.
