论大学生思想政治教育人性化发展——基于马克思人性论的视角  

On the Humanistic Development of Ideological and Political Education on College Students

摘　　要：当前大学生思想政治教育存在着强调人的精神性、淡化人的自然性,强调理论的灌输、忽视人的情感的培养,强调人的纪律性、忽视人的主体性等人性缺失的现象。大学生思想政治教育发展需要树立"以人为本"的教育理念,在价值取向上,从单纯强调社会本位向社会与个人共同发展转变;在教育内容上,从泛政治化向大学生的生活世界转变;在教育方法上,从单向灌输向双向互动转变。Nowadays, there are some phenomena in ideological and political education on college students, showing the lack of humanities,such as stressing man＇s spirit but neglecting his nature, stressing theoretical education but neglecting man＇s emotions, stressing discipline but neglecting man＇s subjectivity. When conducting ideological and political education on college students, we should set the educational idea,＂human-orientation＂. As to value orientation, we should transform focus from solely social standard to mutual development of both the society and individuals. As to education content, we should transform focus from politics to the students＇ daily lives. As to education method, we should transform from one-way teaching to two-way interaction.
