摘　　要：检察官的独立性就是职业角色的独立性,包括整体独立性和个体独立性。整体上来说,其独立性是绝对的,与检察权的定位、检察机关的设定密不可分;个体检察官的独立性是相对的,一方面受限于检察权的整体界限,另一方面受限于所在岗位职责的限制,同时还受限于其履行职责的方式和程序。要实现检察官的职业角色独立,必须依赖于检察官的职业人格独立性,应当从独立性主体地位法定化、职业准入专业化、检察一体化与检察官个体独立相协调、去除地方化、完善检察官职务保障机制等方面入手,形塑检察官的职业人格独立性。The independence of prosecutors,including independence on an entire scale as well as an individual scale,means being independent in career character and therefore has a unique value. Generally speaking,the independence of prosecutors on an entire scale is absolute,which is closely connected with the nature of the procuratorial power and the positioning of the procuratorial organs,while the independence on an individual scale is comparative,for it is limited by not only the boundary of procuratorial power but also the role of position and the means and procedure to perform its duty. Therefore,the independence of prosecutors has to depend on the independence of their professional personality,so we should legalize the status of individual independence for prosecutors,enhance the prosecutors ＇ professional occupation admittance,balance procuratorial integration and individual independence,remove localization as well as promote the prosecutors guarantee mechanism.
