摘　　要：在网络逐步普及的现代社会中,网络信息资源成为人们获取信息的主要途径,网络参考文献的引用日益受到青睐,同时也存在网络的动态性、不稳定性、Web资源的可查证性等问题.通过大量的文献调研,分析网络引文研究现状,并对网络引文是否适合学术引用进行探讨,旨在正确认识网络引文的科学性,使其逐渐成为有价值的学术期刊内容的重要组成部分.It is difficult to adapt to the current requirement of academic research and development nowadays,that is just as the only reference to printed document. Network is gradually universaled in the modern society,network information resources become the main access to information. Network reference is becoming more and more favored. Based on this,we analyze the dynamic and instable qualities of Web resources. Through a large number of literature investigation,this paper analyzes the present situation of web citation research with the question that whether Web resources are appropriate for academic references. In order to correctly understand the scientific nature of the citation network,making it valuable content is an important part of academic periodicals.
