公安民警媒体素质培养路径探析

摘　　要：公安民警媒体素质是公务员媒体素质的重要组成部分,是指公安民警正确地、建设性地享用大众传播资源的能力。公安民警媒体素质的核心能力包括:认知媒体的能力、理解媒体的能力、评价媒体的能力和运用媒体的能力。公安民警媒体素质培养路径模型主要包括:培养目标、培养内容、培养主体、培养对象、培养模式、培养机制及效果评价等方面。Police media quality is an important part of the quality of the government officials. It refers that police have enjoyed the mass media resources correctly and constructively. Police media quality core competencies include： cognitive ability media, understanding the media, the ability to use the media, and the ability to evaluate media. Police media quality training path model include： training objectives, content, subject, object, pattern, mechanisms and evaluation of effects.
