基于目的地整合模型的游客满意度研究——以广州为例

摘  要:旅游业已成为中国多个省市的主导产业,对游客满意度的研究有助于提高旅游目的地的旅游服务质量和竞争力.国内对旅游目的地整体满意度的研究缺乏系统的理论研究和分析框架,导致研究结论差异性、波动性较大.文章回顾和总结了国内外关于旅游满意度的研究进展,构建了一个基于旅游相关行业——景点、酒店、餐厅、旅行社、零售、交通6个行业的旅游目的地满意度整合模型,并以广州为例进行实证检验.结果表明,游客对广州市的酒店业与餐饮业满意度较高,同时验证了上述游客满意度指数动态测评体系在国内评价旅游目的地的普遍适用性,并通过进一步与香港比较发现不足和未来提升的空间.As the tourism industry has been the dominant industry in provinces in China,study on tourist satisfaction helps to improve the tourism quality and competitiveness of the destination.But the domestic study on tourist destination overall satisfaction lacks systematic theoretical research and analysis framework,resulting in large otherness and volatility conclusion.This paper reviews the research progress on tourist satisfaction and summarizes it,to build an integration model of tourism destination based on six related industries——scenic spot,hotel,restaurant,travel agency,retail and transportation industry,and taking Guangzhou as an example of empirical test.The result shows that tourists are more satisfied with the city's hotel and catering industry,and proves the general applicability in the evaluation of domestic tourism destination of the tourist satisfaction index dynamic evaluation system above,furthermore,compared with Hongkong,we find out the deficiencies and room for future improvement.
