摘　　要：对基于存货质押的生产企业经济生产批量问题进行分析,通过构建模型获得企业的最佳生产批量、还款批次和质押量.利润函数作为模型的目标函数,包括销售收入、产品存储费用、原材料存储费用、提前还款费用以及利息支出.通过对利润函数进行求解,得出最佳还款批次,从而得出最佳生产批量和质押量.In order to obtain optimal production batch,repayment batch and pledge quantity,this paper analyzed and constructed the economic production quantity model of manufacturing enterprise based on the pledge. The model regarded the profit function as objective function,which includes the sales revenue,the holding cost of product,the holding cost of materials,the cost of pick up,principal and interest. We can obtain the optimal repayment times through solving the model. Finally,we can calculate the optimal production batch and the pledge quantity by using the repayment batch.
