摘　　要：运用SWOT分析法对西双版纳国家级自然保护区生态旅游的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行分析,认为西双版纳国家级自然保护区应该发扬自身独特多样的自然、人文资源及品牌优势,通过统筹全局,整体规划;加强区域合作,改善内部治理;遵循公平合理的原则;旅游产品开发与市场接轨;挖掘旅游潜力,开展多种生态旅游形式;加强人力资源开发和培养等措施弥补自身不足,并积极面对发展机遇、迎接挑战。This paper use the SWOT analysis to analyse the method,strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of ecotourism have been analyzed in Xishuangbanna national nature reserve,to believe that Xishuangbanna national nature reserve should develop its own unique variety of natural and cultural resources and brand advantages,through the overall global,overall planning;strengthening regional cooperation,improve the internal governance;follow the principle of fair and reasonable;tourism product development and market;tourism potential,to carry out a variety of ecological tourism form;to strengthen the cultivation of human resources development and measures to make up for a lack of their own,and actively face the opportunities and meet the challenge.
