火车站潜在犯罪嫌疑人知觉预判的探索研究——以南京火车站为例

摘　　要：火车站是人员流动较大、人口密集的地区,也是暴力犯罪分子实施犯罪的首选之地。提高火车站民警的知觉预判能力,对打击犯罪分子,维护这一地区的治安秩序具有十分重要的意义。一是要加强各类案件特征研究,为知觉预判潜在犯罪嫌疑人提供依据;二是要加强理论研究,为知觉预判潜在犯罪嫌疑人提供理论支撑;三是要加强培训,提高知觉预判潜在犯罪嫌疑人的能力;四是要加强专业建设,为知觉预判潜在犯罪嫌疑人提供坚强保障。Railway station is a place of great mobility and high density of population; therefore it is preferred by violent criminals when committing crimes. To improve the policemen＇s perception and anticipation is of vital importance when it comes to hitting criminals and maintaining the local public security at the railway stations. Firstly, we must study the features of all kinds of cases so as to lay a basis for predicting the potential criminal suspects; secondly, it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical study; thirdly we must have enough practice and training; fourthly, it is important to strengthen the professional development to provide a strong guarantee for the perception of potential suspects.
