浙江舟山“21世纪海上丝绸之路”贸易枢纽港的战略构想

摘　　要：在面临国际国内发展的新形势新格局的今天,我国政府领导人用战略性的思维提出了共建21世纪海上丝绸之路的国际倡议,并得到了国际社会的积极响应。作为具有悠久的对外海洋贸易历史的浙江舟山,如何更好地积极投身于这一新的全球发展机遇,重现群岛新区在新时期海上丝路建设中的灿烂辉煌,是一个迫切需要研究的课题。本文着重从新区建设及贸易角度提出了努力将舟山打造成为"21世纪海上丝绸之路"贸易枢纽港的积极主张。Recent developments in the international situation and great changes in China have presented new tasks for the future.Chinese President Xi Jinping put forth the proposal to corporately build＂the Maritime Silk Road in the 21 st Century＂in 2013, which has got generous responses from international community. As a long-standing foreign trade history city, Zhoushan is facing new challenges and an unprecedented historical strategic opportunity for development. It should supposedly seize the new opportunity, and strive to build Zhoushan into a trading pivotal port of the＂Maritime Silk Road in the 21 st Century＂so as to create new glories. Thus,this paper puts forward some positive suggestions about this topic from the perspective of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area construction and global trading.
