摘　　要：加强实验教学队伍建设是高校培养高素质人才迫切需要解决的问题。本文根据对H学院实验教学队伍的现状及存在问题的分析,借鉴国内部分高校在加强实验教学队伍建设方面的具体措施,提出了如何构建高水平实验教学队伍的建议举措。It is of great necessity for universities to strengthen the construction of experiment teaching staff in order to cultivate high quality talents. Based on the analysis of problems in the construction of experiment teaching staff in H University as well as the measures taken by some domestic universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the high-level experiment teaching staff.
