摘　　要：详细分析了冷作强化非调质钢独特的成分、生产工艺和力学性能特点，讨论了其作为紧固件原材料的成本和环保优势。本文还介绍了冷作强化非调质钢纳入国家标准和提出国际标准草案的情况。The chemical composition, manufacturing techniques and mechanical properties of cold headed microalloyed medium carbon steel were analyzed in detail. Its strength of manufacturing cost and environmental protection in producing fasteners was discussed. The incorporation of cold headed microalloyed medium carbon steel into national standards and the new proposal to revise ISO 4954 were also introduced.
