摘　　要：分析了离心复合高铬铸铁轧辊热处理的几种常见热处理工艺，不同的热处理工艺对轧辊组织、性能的影响，同时由于生产成本的压缩造成产品质量不稳定，通过优化热处理改进措施，提高了轧辊的成品率。Analysis several common heat treatment processes of centritugal composite Hl-g2r casting roll heat treatment, the different heat treatment processes have the influence on the roll texture and performance, at the same time because of the condense of the manufacture costs makes the products quality is instability, through optimizing the heat treatment improvement measure to improve the yield.
