摘　　要：目的探讨建立北京市非法行医两次行政处罚涉嫌犯罪案件移送工作程序。方法采用查阅文献资料、召开现场座谈会,发放调查问卷,实地调研等形式开展调查工作。结论通过调查,查找目前全市非法行医涉嫌犯罪案件移送工作存在的主要问题,分析了从市级层面进一步加强卫生与公安等部门衔接配合工作的必要性和紧迫性,提出建立北京市非法行医涉嫌犯罪案件移送工作程序等建议。Objective Investigate the illegal practice of medicine in Beijing to establish two suspected criminal cases transferred to administrative penalty procedures. Methods A literature data, held on- site seminars, issned questionnaires, conducteal field research and other forms of investigation. Conclusion Through investigation, to find the main problems of the city transfer suspected criminal cases of illegal medical practice and analyzes the necessity of convergence with the work from the municipal level to further strengthen such as health and public security departments and urgency, proposed the establishment of suspected criminal illegal practice in Beijing refer the case to the work program and other recommendations.
