摘  要:通过将自焙炭块在矿热炉焙烧过程中的物理及化学变化与预焙炭砖焙烧的不同处进行对比,重点分析了自焙碳砖的焙烧过程,对自焙碳砖用于矿热炉的优缺点进行了探讨。得出自焙碳砖一体性、6-18个月的焙烧时及环侧砖和底层碳砖需预焙的结论。By describing the physical and chemical changes of self-baking carbon blocks in the roasting process for submerged-arc furnace, comparing the difference between the self-baking carbon bricks and pre-baked carbon bricks, it mainly analyzes the roasting process of self-baking carbon bricks and discusses the advantages and disadvantages in sub- merged-arc furnace. It concludes that self-baking carbon bricks are integral, roasting time needs about from 6 to 18 months, and the furnace wall bricks and bottom carbon bricks should be pre-baked.
