摘  要:为获得低成本生产中低碳锰铁的方法,探讨了中低碳锰铁中锰的来源、锰硅合金中硅锰比以及中低碳锰铁炉渣问题,从原料选择角度阐述了由锰硅合金带入更多的锰、在碳含量允许的情况下选择低Si/Mn的锰硅合金用于中低碳锰铁生产、中低碳锰铁炉渣应用于锰硅合金生产是降低中低碳锰铁生产成本的途径。In order to obtain low-cost production of medium-low carbon ferromanganese method, this paper discussed the source of manganese in medium-low carbon ferromanganese, silicomanganese ratio and slag problem of medium-low carbon ferromanganese. From the perspective of raw material selection, low Si/Mn manganese silicon alloy was used for medium-low carbon ferromanganese production in the case of carbon content was allowed then it could obtain more manganese from silicomanganese. Medium-low carbon ferromanganese slag used in silicomanganese alloy production was a better way of reducing production cost.
