摘 要:目的对打破碗花花根茎的化学成分进行研究。方法样品用70%的乙醇进行提取,所得浸膏用水分散后,经石油醚-正丁醇系统进行萃取,将所得正丁醇层经正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱及HPLC等分离手段分离得到单体化合物,根据其波谱学数据及理化性质鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到5个单体化合物,分别被鉴定为cauloside D(1)、huzhangoside B(2)、huzhangoside C(3)、hederacolchiside E(4)、clematiganoside A(5)。结论除huzhangoside B外,其余4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To determine the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Anemone hupehensis Lem.. Methods Rhizome of Anemone hupehensis Lem. was extracted with 70% Et OH, and the residue was suspended in H2 O and extracted with petroleum ether and n-butanol, respectively. Column chromatographies(including silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS) and preparative HPLC were used to separate the n-butanol section. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical derivatization method. Results Five compounds were separated and identified as cauloside D(1), huzhangoside B(2), huzhangoside C(3), hederacolchiside E(4), and clematiganoside A(5). Conclusion All the compounds except for huzhangoside B have been isolated from Amenone hupehensis for the first time.
