疏肝益阳胶囊治疗伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价疏阳益肝胶囊治疗伴阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效和安全性。方法收集门诊350例OSAHS合并ED患者,按照治疗方法分为3组,即单纯疏肝益阳胶囊治疗组、单纯持续正压通气治疗组及疏肝益阳胶囊联合持续正压通气治疗组,疗程4周。结果单纯疏肝益阳胶囊治疗组,ED症状改善有效率为78.5%;单纯持续正压气道通气治疗组,有效率为61.9%;疏肝益阳胶囊联合持续正压气道通气治疗组,有效率为90.4%;3组之间有效率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄<50岁的患者接受治疗后的症状改善程度更为明显。药物治疗期间未有不良事件发生。结论疏肝益阳胶囊能够有效改善OSAHS的ED,联合持续正压气道通气治疗效果更为明显,治疗过程安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect and security of Shugan Yiyang capsule on erectile dysfunction in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods We randomly assigned 350 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome-induced erectile dysfunction to receive Shugan Yiyang capsule and/or continuous positive airway pressure treatments for 4 weeks. Results Simple Shugan Yiyang capsule treatment group, the effective rate was 78.5%; Simple continuous positive airway pressure treatment group, the effective rate was 61.9%; Shugan Yiyang capsule combined with continuous positive airway pressure treatment group, the effective rate was 90.4%. Three groups compared with each other（P 〈0.05）. The treatment effects of patients aged less 50 years old were more apparent. No adverse events occurr ed during drug therapy. Conclusion Shugan Yiyang capsule can effectively improve the patients with erectile dysfunction symptoms induced by obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. If combined with continuous positive airway pressure treatment, the effect of treatment is more apparent. All the treatment measures are safety.
