摘　　要：通过对作战指挥决策效用风险指标的综合研究,给出加权模糊非满意熵的方法,利用线性规划法确定权重,避免在作战指挥决策上存在的主观性,得到了最优方案。最后通过一个实例验证了方法的有效性和可行性。After comprehensive study of command and decision utility risk index ,the weighted fuzzy entropy method is pro‐posed .Linear programing method is used to determine the right weight ,thus avoiding the subjectivity in operational command deci‐sion ,and obtaining optimal solution .Finally ,an example is used to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the method .
