摘　　要：为了解中国人群环境暴露行为特点,为我国环境健康风险评估提供数据基础,开展了我国首次成人环境暴露行为模式研究。采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,以片区、城乡和性别为主要分层因素,在我国31个省、自治区、直辖市(不包括中国香港、澳门特别行政区和中国台湾地区),采用问卷调查和现场测量相结合的方式,对91 527名18岁及以上常住居民与环境介质、污染源以及环境健康风险相关的暴露特征等进行调查。最终获得有效样本91 121人,样本的性别、年龄结构与2010年全国第六次人口普查数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),样本的人口应答率为94.6%。本次调查有较好的有效性、可靠性,样本有较好的全国代表性。To konw the exposure factors of Chinese people, the Department of Science, Technology and Standards,Ministry of Environmental Protection of China had conducted the Chinese Environmental Exposure-Related Human Activity Patterns Survey（Adults）（≥18 years old）（CEERHAPS-A） from 2011 to 2012, to describe physiological and behavior characteristics of humans for assessing the potential risk of exposure. The present paper mainly introduced the object, content,survey methods and QA/QC procedures of the investigation. The multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used in this survey, with demographic characteristics, rural/urban status and gender as stratified factors. A total of 91 527 subjects（≥18years old） from 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in China were chosen. Finally, 91 121 questionnaires were administered to generate exposure factors, by test the data had better representativeness of Chinese people. The overall response rate of questionnaires was 94.6%.
