摘  要:目的研究汽车喷漆对小鼠肾脏功能及病理形态学的影响。方法 SPF级雄性昆明小鼠78只,随机分为13组(对照组,底漆低、中、高剂量组,面漆低、中、高剂量组,清漆低、中、高剂量组,黑漆低、中、高剂量组),每组6只。采用静式吸入染毒法,底漆低、中、高剂量组染毒剂量分别为320、600、1 110 mg/m3,面漆低、中、高剂量组染毒剂量分别为300、580、1 080 mg/m3,清漆低、中、高剂量组染毒剂量分别为350、680、1 280 mg/m3,黑漆低、中、高剂量组染毒浓度分别为400、580、1 350 mg/m3。每天染毒2 h,连续染毒28 d。实验结束后检测小鼠血清肌酐(cr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平,并进行肾脏病理形态学检测。结果面漆、清漆各剂量组小鼠血清cr、BUN均高于对照组(P<0.05)。底漆、黑漆中、高剂量组小鼠血清cr、BUN均高于对照组(P<0.05)。底漆、面漆、清漆及黑漆高剂量组均可致肾脏组织发生明显的组织病理学改变。结论汽车喷漆对小鼠肾脏功能有不良影响,且随染毒剂量增大而损伤越明显。Objectives To understand the effect of car paint on the kidneys of mice. Methods A total of 78 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 13 groups, the control group and low, moderate, high dose groups for primer, topcoat, varnish and black respectively, six mice in each group. With static type inhalable exposure method, the exposure levels were 320, 600 and 1 110 mg/m^3 for primer, 300, 580 and 1 080 mg/m^3 for topcoat, 350, 680 and 1 280 mg/m^3 for varnish, 400, 580 and 1 350mg/m^3 for black paint respectively. The mice were exposed to 2 hours per day for 28 consecutive days. After the exposure,creatinine and blood urea nitrogen level of serum were detected, and pathological examination was done. Results Creatinine and BUN levels in each dose group of topcoat and varnish were significantly higher than control group( P〈0.05). Creatinine and BUN levels in moderate and high dose groups of primer and black paint were significantly higher compared with the control group(P〈0.05). High dose group of primer, topcoat, varnish and black paint could cause obvious pathological changes in the kidneys. Conclusion The car paint may have adverse effect on kidneys of mice with obvious dose-dependent manner.
