摘 要:测试分析了铬渣和页岩的矿物组成、化学成分,并把铬渣掺入到页岩中制备烧结砖。实验研究了铬渣与页岩的配比及其烧成制度对烧结制品性能(抗压强度、体积密度、烧结线收缩率和吸水率)的影响,测定了铬渣-页岩烧结砖浸出液中重金属元素(Ba,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb,Zn,As,Cd和Co)的含量,并利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对烧结制品进行微观结构分析。通过单因素实验确定了铬渣-页岩烧结砖的最佳制备条件:铬渣掺入量为7%,烧结温度为900~1 000℃,保温时间为4h。The mineral and chemical components of chromium slag and shale were analyzed before chromium slags were added to shale to prepare sintered bricks. The effects of ratios of raw materials and the firing system on the proper ties (compressive strength,volume density,sintering linear shrinkage and water absorption) of chromium slag-shale sin tered products were studied in detail. The heavy metals (Ba, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn, As, Cd and Co) concentration in the lixivi um of chromium slag-shale sintered bricks were measured. The mierostructures of sintered bricks were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron mieroseopy. Based on the single factor experiment, the optimum preparation conditions of chromium slag-shale sintered brick are 7% chromium slag content, 900-1 000℃ sintering temperature and 4 h holding time.
