摘  要:武汉石化蜡油加氢装置设计加工负荷为180×104t/a,其中加工直馏重蜡油110.11×104t/a,加工焦化蜡油69.89×104t/a,主要为下游两套催化装置提供低含硫、含氮的精制蜡油。针对装置满负荷生产时出现系统压力及循环氢流量大幅波动的生产瓶颈,分别尝试了开大E3101副线及开大循环氢压缩机K3102返回线两种方式,来降低混氢点处气相负荷,克服管线中流速过低造成系统压力波动的影响。实际结果表明,开大E3101副线及K3102返回线均能达到装置满负荷生产,但开大E3101副线时装置关键设备运行的苛刻度较高,而通过开大K3102返回线来达到装置满负荷生产时,关键设备运行的苛刻度较低。通过开大K3102返回线,装置能耗降低约0.92kg标油/t,氢耗降低约10%,外送低分气减少300m3/h(标准),技术经济指标有所提高。The designed processing load of Sinopec Wuhan Company ′s 180×104t/a wax oil hydrogenation unit is 180 ×104t/a,including 110.11 ×104t/a of straight-run heavy wax oil processing capacity and 69.89 ×104t/a of coker gas oil processing capacity.The unit was designed to supply low-sulfur,nitrogen-containing refined wax oil to two downstream catalytic units.In order to remove the bottlenecks affecting the full-load production of the unit,namely,the dramatic fluctuations in system pressure and recycle hydrogen flow,technicians tried two methods(increasing the work load of the E3101 subline and the return line of the recycle hydrogen compres-sor) to lower the gaseous-phase load at the hydrogen-mixing point and to eliminate the effect of excessively low flow in the pipeline on system pressure.The optimization results show that both methods can enable the unit to achieve full-load production.However,when the work load of the E3101 subline is increased,the operating severities for key devices of the unit are very high,while when the work load of the K3102 return line is increased,the operating severities of key devices of the unit are relatively low.When the work load of the K3102 return line is increased,the unit′s energy consumption dropped by around 0.92 kg of oil equivalent per ton,hydrogen consumption dropped by about 10% and the volume of outbound gas separated at low tem-peratures dropped by 300m3/h(standard).Both technical and economic indices have increased.
