摘 要:研究隐匿性乙肝病毒感染(OBI)在HBsAg阴性、抗HBcAb阳性持续性血液透析患者中的阳性率及相关因素探讨,随机抽取我院220例经化学发光法检测的符合血清标记物HBsAg阴性、抗HBcAb阳性的血液透析患者作为研究对象,应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)检测血清HBV DNA含量,比较HBV DNA阳性组(观察组)与阴性组(对照组)在年龄、性别、肝功能各项指标、持续血液透析时间方面有无差异。结果经荧光PCR检测有12例为HBV DNA阳性,即共有12例为OBI,发生率为5.45%(12/220),阳性组与阴性组比较,在年龄、性别、肝功能各项指标、持续血液透析时间、HBcAb定量方面差异无统计学意义。本地透析人群中HBsAg阴性、抗HBcAb阳性者OBI发病率很高,血液透析前对HBsAg阴性、抗HBcAb阳性人群建议完善HBV DNA检测,筛查是否有OBI。To study the positive rate and related factors of OBI in HbsAg negative, HBcAb positive continuous hemodialysis patients. The auther randomly selected 220 hemodialysis patients whose serum marker(chemiluminescence method) HBsAg was negative, HBcAb was positive as the research object, using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technology to detect the contents of serum HBV DNA. Comparing the HBV DNA positive group (observation group) with the negative group (control group) in age, sex, indexes of liver function, blood dialysis duration. 12 cases were HBV DNA positive, and they are "OBI" patients, the positive rate is 5. 45%(12/220), there was no obvious differences in age, sex, liver function, blood dialysis duration and HBcAb quantity , between HBV DNA positive group with negative group, there was no statistical significance. The infection rate of OBI in HbsAg negative, HBcAb positive local dialysis patients was very high, testing HBV DNA in HbsAg negative, HBcAb positive patients before blood dialysis was necessary.
