经皮黄疸测试仪在满月小儿的应用价值研究

摘　　要：通过对57例满月小儿空腹静脉采血,检测血清总胆红素浓度,同时应用经皮黄疸测试仪测定经皮黄疸指数,探讨经皮黄疸测试仪在满月小儿黄疸测定中的应用价值。发现经皮黄疸测试仪测定胆红素与血清胆红素值呈线性正相关,直线回归方程式Y=1.2783X+1.7381,比较有统计学意义(相关系数r=0.953,P<0.001)。以经皮黄疸测试仪测得值3.27mg/dl为病理性黄疸临界值,其敏感度为84.78%,特异度为81.82%。提示经皮黄疸测试仪在满月小儿中有较高的准确性,能较好地应用于满月小儿的黄疸筛查工作。We determined the total serum bilirubin of hollow intravenous blood and the bilirubin level which was determined by transcutaneous jaundice detector of 57 cases one‐month old baby in order to investigate the value of Transcutaneous jaundice detector in jaundice measuring of one‐month old baby .We found that there was a positive linear correlation between serum bilirubin level with bilirubin level which was determined by transcutaneous jaundice detector . Linear regression equation was Y=1 .2783X＋1 .7381 with statistical significance （correlation coefficient r=0 .953 , P〈0 .001） . The sensitivity 84 .78% and specificity 81 .82% would be got with pathological jaundice threshold 3 .27mg/dl which was determined by transcutaneous jaundice detector .Finally we got a conclusion that transcutaneous jaundice detector shows high accuracy in one‐month old baby and it can be employed in jaundice screening among one‐month old babies .
