摘 要:研究旨在针对目前中草药在蛋鸡生产上免疫性能研究的薄弱环节,探索中草药添加剂对蛋鸡多项免疫指标的影响,为推广利用新型安全有效的植物性添加剂提供理论支持。选用同种同批刚出雏的1,200只蛋鸡为研究对象,均分为两组,一组为试验组,按照饮水中原药材浓度为300×10-6添加中草药制剂,另一组为空白对照组,对蛋鸡的多项免疫指标进行检测。结果表明:使用中草药添加剂的蛋鸡禽流感抗体持续时间在42d以后开始出现不同程度的显著性差异,85d以后差异极显著(P<0.01),外周淋巴细胞转化率在28d以后开始差异显著(P<0.05),35d后差异极显著(P<0.01),Ig G含量在28d以后差异极显著(P<0.01),SOD浓度在28d后差异显著(P<0.05),35d后差异极显著(P<0.01),免疫器官指数在28d后差异显著(P<0.05),35d后差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果提示:对蛋鸡添加中草药添加剂可以提高蛋鸡的禽流感抗体持续时间,提高外周淋巴细胞的转化率,提高体内Ig G和SOD的含量,增加免疫器官指数,进而增强蛋鸡的个体免疫力。The purpose of this study is to aim at the weak link of the Chinese herbal medicine immune function in laying hen, effects of herbal medicine additive exploration on layer multiple immune indexes, provides the theory support for the promotion of the use of additives plant new safe and effective.The same number of newly hatched 1,200 laying hens as the object of study, divided into two groups, one group for the experimental group, the concentration of 300× 10^-6 in drinking water medicine adding Chinese herbal medicine, the other group was the blank control group, multiple immune indexes were detected in laying hens.The results showed that: laying hens avian influenza antibody using Chinese herbal medicine additive duration after 42d began to show significant differences, 85d showed significant difference (P〈0.01), peripheral lymphocyte transformation rate in the 28d after the beginning of significant difference (P〈0.05), 35d showed significant difference (P〈0.01) the difference of IgG content, after 28d was significant (P〈0.01), the concentration of SOD after 28d was significantly (P〈0.05), 35d showed significant difference (P〈0.01), index of immune organs after 28d had significant difference (P〈0.05), 35d significantly (P〈0.01).Results: on layer added with Chinese herbal medicine additive can improve the avian influenza antibody egg duration, improve the conversion rate of peripheral lymphocytes, increase the levels of IgG and SOD, increase the index of immune organs, which can enhance the immunity of the individual layers.
