磷酸生产废水中硫酸质量分数对管道结垢影响的研究

摘　　要：探讨了湿法磷酸生产废水中硫酸质量分数对输送管道结垢的影响,以期对输送管道的防腐蚀和防结垢起到一定的指导作用。湿法磷酸生产过程中废水的pH、硫酸质量分数以及温度对结垢有重要的影响。0-20℃时,随着温度的升高,酸度强容易结垢,而当温度大于25℃时,酸度强不利于结垢;0-40℃时硫酸质量分数对二水硫酸钙溶解度的影响较纯水的大,30-40℃时,随着温度的升高,二水硫酸钙在硫酸溶液和纯水中的溶解度之差呈现增大的趋势。The paper discusses the effect of concentration of sulfuric acid in waste water from wet-process phosphoric acid production on scaling factors to have a certain guiding role in the production equipment and pipeline corrosion and antiscaling.pH,sulfuric acid concentration and temperature in waste water from the wet-process phosphoric acid production have a significant influence on scaling.At 0-20℃ with the rise of temperature,acidity strong is easy to be scaling and when temperature is greater than 25℃,acidity is strong against scaling.At 0-40℃,influence of the sulfuric acid concentration on solubility of calcium sulphate dehydrate is higher than pure water.At 30-40 ℃,as the temperature increases,difference between solubility also is in the tendency of increase.
