摘  要:针对某集团公司排放的环氧氯丙烷生产废水、造纸废水,采用高温碱破对环氧氯丙烷生产废水预处理后,与等体积的造纸废水(经混凝沉淀-厌氧预处理后的排水)形成混合废水,该混合废水采用"水解酸化+卡鲁塞尔氧化沟"组合工艺进行处理。工程实践表明,该组合工艺能够稳定有效处理混合废水,出水水质能达到当地工业园区污水处理厂的排放标准(ρ(COD)≤500 mg/L),组合工艺处理成本约为5.47元/t,具有处理效果好、运行成本低等优点。This study was about treatment of epichlorohydrin producing and papermaking wastewater of one group company in Jiangsu province. The epichlorohydrin producing wastewater was mixed with papermaking wastewater(pretreated by using coagulating sedimentation and anaerobic process) using the same volume after treated at alkaline and high temperature condition. Then the mixed wastewater was treated by the combination process of "Hydrolytic acidification Carrousel Oxidation ditch". Engineering practice showed that the effluent quality met the standard of sewage treatment plant in the industrial park( ρ(COD) ≤ 500 mg/L). The running cost was about 5.47 y/t, and this process has the advantages of higher efficiency and lower cost.
