摘　　要：通过分析煤矸石这一特定磨料对板锤材料的要求，研究设计板锤材料的化学成分、热处理方式和加工方法，对比、评价、调整、验证板锤材料的诸多参数，最终确定一种性能优异、经济实用的煤矸石破碎机板锤专用材料。The design of chemical composition, heat treatment methods and processing methods of hammer material are studied by analysing the requirements of crushing coal gangue with the plate hammer.A high-performance, economical and practical special material for the hammer of gangue crusher was finally determined after comparing, evaluating, adjusting, verifying the parameters of plate hammer material.
