摘　　要：于凯成教授治疗冠心病,重视滋补肾阴,善用阳中求阴之法;对于前列腺炎引起心脏神经官能症的诊治有丰富的临床经验;对于胆心综合征的治疗有独特的方法。对三种疾病及三个对应的病案进行阐述,并指出其对易误诊为冠心病的两种疾病的个人见解,从而探讨其学术思想。In treatment process of coronary heart disease, Professor YU Kaicheng pays attention to nourish kidney Yin, and is good at using Yin out of Yang; Professor YU has rich clinical experiences in diagnosing and treating cardiac neurosis caused by prostitutes, he has unique approaches to treat Bile heart syndrome. Through the following three kinds of diseases and introductions of three corresponding medical records, Professor YU not only shows lots of experience in treating coronary heart disease, but also points out his unique opinion about two kinds of misdiagnosing coronary heart disease, so as to explore his academic thoughts.
