清热祛湿药洗浴治疗尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒34例

摘　　要：目的对中药洗浴治疗尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法选取68例在我院进行治疗的尿毒症血液透析患者,将他们平均分成两组,每组34例,对照组采用常规方法进行治疗,实验组则采用中药洗浴的方法进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果经治疗后实验组患者皮肤的瘙痒程度明显优于对照组,实验组患者在日常生活、社会活动、抑郁和烦躁各方面评分均高于对照组患者,实验组患者生活质量总评分明显高于对照组患者,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论中药洗浴治疗尿毒症血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的情况有良好的临床效果,明显地改善了患者皮肤的瘙痒情况,提高了患者的生活质量,安全可靠,值得在临床上广泛应用。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine bathing in treatment of skin itching of uremia pruritus hemodialysis patients. Methods Selected 68 cases of uremia patients with hemodialysis in our hospital. They were divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group, the control group used conventional methods, the experimental group were treated with Chinese medicine bathing, observed and compared clinical effect between the two groups after treatment. Results The severity of pruritus in experimental group was significantly better than the control group after treatment, the scores of daily life and social activities,depression and irritability in the experimental group were higher than the patients in the control group, the experimental group quality of life in patients with total scores was significantly higher than the patients in the control group, with statistically meaningful（ P 0.05）.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine bathing has good clinical effect on treating uremia pruritus hemodialysis patients, it obviously improves the pruritus of skin and the quality of life of patients, it is worth using widely in clinic because of its safe and reliable.
