秋泻灵合剂联合西药治疗小儿秋季腹泻45例

摘　　要：目的探讨秋泻灵合剂联合西药治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2014年1月在我院儿科接受治疗的秋季腹泻患儿90例,将所有患儿按照治疗方法分为两组,两组患儿均进行基础治疗,对照组在此基础上加用病毒唑,静脉滴注;观察组在基础治疗的基础上给予秋泻灵合剂,口服,同时采用西咪替丁,静脉滴注。比较两组患儿的发热消失、呕吐消失以及止泻有效的平均时间,大便正常的平均时间等指标,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组腹泻止泻时间为(2.54±0.48)d,对照组止泻时间为(4.21±0.69)d,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义,有可比性;观察组总有效率为95.6%,对照组总有效率为72.3%,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05),有可比性。结论对秋季腹泻患儿进行临床治疗时,在基础治疗的基础上加用秋泻灵合剂进行治疗,临床效果显著,可明显缩短止泻时间,提高治疗效果,因此具有推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Qiuxieling mixture combined with western medicine in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods Selected 90 cases of children autumn diarrhea treated in the department of pediatrics and divided into two groups. Two groups were given the basic treatment, the control group was added ribavirin, intravenous drip; the observation group treatment was given Qiuxieling mixture at the same time, oral, intravenous drip with cimetidine. Compared two groups with the average time disappear of fever, vomiting and antidiarrhea, stool normal average time. Results In the observation group, the time for diarrhoea was（2.54 ＋ 0.48） d, the control group antidiarrheal time was（4.21 ＋ 0.69） d, there was significant difference（ P0.05）; the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%, the total effective rate of the control group was 72.3%, there was significant difference（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Qiuxieling mixture combined with western medicine in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea have significant clinical efficacy, and can significantly shorten the time to check diarrhea, and improve the treatment effect.
