整骨理筋手法结合中药辨证治疗脊髓型颈椎病60例

摘　　要：目的观察整骨理筋手法联合中药在脊髓型颈椎病治疗中的疗效。方法选取我院收治的120例脊髓型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组给予中药治疗,观察组给予整骨理筋手法与中药联合治疗,观察并对比两组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且复发率低(P<0.05)。结论整骨理筋手法和中药联合治疗脊髓型颈椎病疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床大力推广。Objective To observe effect of the cervical myelopathy treated by osteopathic manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 120 cases in our hospital patients with cervical myelopathy as research subjects, divided into a control group and the ob-servation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received traditional Chinese medicine, osteopathy observation group tendon tech-nique combined with Chinese medicine treatment, observation and efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation group was significantly higher total efficiency, and the recurrence rate（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the cervical myelopathy treated by osteopathic manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine is significant effect, recurrence rate, worthy of promoting.
