香薰中药消毒剂对病房消毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察香薰中药消毒剂对医院病房消毒的效果。方法选择综合科病房,随机选择使用香薰中药消毒剂与2%过氧乙酸喷雾消毒,各消毒10间病房。检测消毒前30min,消毒后1h及通风后1h空气中微生物菌落数,对比病房消毒效果。结果与消毒前30min对比,香薰中药消毒剂消毒1h后和通风1h后均能显著减少病房空气菌落数(P<0.01),杀菌率分别为78.42%和75.08%,与2%过氧乙酸消毒效果相当(P>0.05)。在急性吸入性毒理实验中,在20600mg/m3剂量下小鼠未见毒性不良反应,根据卫生部《消毒技术规范(2012)》可判定香薰中药消毒剂属实际无毒。结论香薰中药消毒剂具有良好的消毒效果,安全无毒,并且气味芳香,相对过氧乙酸更易为患者接受。Objective To observe the effect of aromatherapy disinfectants disinfection effect on hospital wards. Methods Randomly selected using aromatherapy with 2% peracetic acid disinfectant spray disinfectant, disinfectant 10 each ward. Detected before disinfection30 min, 1h after disinfection and ventilation air 1h microbial colonies, compared to disinfection. Results Comparison with the previous disinfection 30 min, 1h after disinfectant and aromatherapy 1h after the ventilation air can significantly reduce the number of colonies ward（P0.01）, the sterilization rate of 78.42% and 75.08%, respectively, with 2% peracetic acid sterilization effect is quite（ P0.05）. In the acute inhalation toxicity experiments under 20600mg/m3 dose toxicity no adverse reactions in mice, according to the Health Ministry, disinfection technical specifications（2012） to determine the actual case of a non-toxic disinfectant aroma. Conclusion Aromatherapy has a good disinfectant disinfection, safe, non-toxic, and fragrance, peracetic acid is relatively easier for patients to accept.
