血瘀型膝骨关节炎的中医药治疗概况

摘　　要：膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA),属于中医学"骨痹"范畴,是中老年常见病,近年来,随着对其中医辨证分型研究的深入,几种常见的相对稳定的证型为同行所接受,从而为中医的辨证治疗,提供了理论支持,促进了该病的分型治疗。通过查阅文献资料,对近年来中医药对该病血瘀型的治疗情况作此综述。Knee osteoarthritis（knee osteoarthritis, KOA）, belong to the category of traditional Chinese medicine ＂ rheumatism with the bone involved＂, is a senile diseases. In recent years, with the development of further research of traditional Chinese medicine, relative stability of the several common evidence accepted by peers, thus for TCM syndrome differentiation treatment, provides the theoretical sup-port, promoted the classification treatment of the disease. Through the consult literature material, in recent years of traditional Chinese medicine, this review is about the treatment for blood stasis of the disease.
