摘　　要：目的探讨清热润肺化痰止咳汤治疗小儿顽固咳嗽的方法及疗效。方法 93例患儿,在使用清热润肺化痰止咳汤的基础上,根据不同患儿的个人情况和病情变化分析方中药物的药性,加减方剂。结果及结论清热润肺化痰止咳汤加减治疗小儿顽固咳嗽疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To discuse on decoction of clearing heat and moistening lung, reducing phlegm and relieving cough in the treatment method and the curative effect of infantile intractable cough. Methods In 93 cases, 45 cases were male among them, 48 cases were female.Age 1 ~3 years in 57 cases, 3 ~9 years in 36 cases. Children treated basically by the decoction of clearing heat and,moistening lung, reducing phlegm and relieving cough, and modified according to the different personal circumstances of drugs in prescription drug prescription, addition and subtraction. Conclusion Decoction of clearing heat and, moistening lung, reducing phlegm and relieving cough in the treatment of pediatric intractable cough effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
