摘　　要：目的探讨消化道肿瘤化疗应用中药治疗减轻毒副反应的护理效果。方法选取我院88例中医科消化道晚期肿瘤住院患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用西药来处理毒副反应,实施常规护理;观察组采用中药处理毒副反应,实施辨证施护。结果观察组患者的总有效率为93.18%,对照组患者的总有效率为68.18%,组间护理效果比较具有明显差异,P<0.05。结论消化道肿瘤化疗应用中药治疗可以明显减少化疗药物的毒副反应,结合辨证施护,能明显改善化疗效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Nursing application for adverse chemotherapy reactions of digestive tract tumor reduced by Chinese medicine treatment. Methods To select 88 patients with regions, hospitalized patients with late digestive tract cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Control group with western medicine to deal with the adverse reaction, imple-ment routine nursing; Observation group adopting the processing adverse reaction of Chinese traditional medicine dialectical the nursing of implementation. Results The observation group of patients with the total effective rate was 93.18 %, the control group, the total effective rate was 68.18% in patients with nursing effect comparison between groups have significant difference,（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The digestive tract tumor chemotherapy application Chinese medicine treatment can significantly reduce the side reaction of chemotherapy drugs,combined with dialectical the nursing, can significantly improve the effect of chemotherapy, improve the patients quality of life, is worth promoting in clinic.
