芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭52例

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中的疗效。方法 选取门诊104例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为两组,其中对照组52例,治疗组52例。对照组为常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊口服,4粒/次,3次/日,治疗2个月,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组的LVEDd、LVEF、NT-pro BNP均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊,可明显提高慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiliqiangxin capsule for the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods 104 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group（52 cases） and control group（52 cases）. The control group routine anti-heart failure treatment, the treatment group in the conventional therapy based on the use of Qiliqiangxin capsule, 4/time tid.After 2 months treatment process, the clinical efficacy of these two groups were observed and compared. Results After the treatment, the LVEDd, LVEF, NT-pro BNP of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Based on conventional anti heart failure treatment with Qiliqiangxin capsule, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
