摘　　要：陈定潜老师多年临床经验表明慢性重型乙肝的黄疸为"阴黄",重要病机是湿毒阻滞、肝瘀脾困,治疗原则为疏肝通络、醒脾除湿,常用方剂为肝脾疏络饮。此治法能改善肝功能和凝血功能,修复和再生肝细胞,有利于降低病死率。Clinical experience of Chen Dingqian in many years has shown that chronic severe hepatitis B jaundice is ＂ Yin Huang＂, the important pathogenesis is internal accumulation of noxious dampesss, blood stasis in liver collaterals and spleen disturbed by dampness,principle of treatment is soothing liver and dredging meridians, activating spleen and remove the wet poison, commonly used Ganpi Shuluo Drinking as the prescription. This treatment could improve liver function and blood coagulation function, repair and regenerate liver cells,is helpful to reduce the case fatality rate.
