妇炎康复片联合替硝唑片治疗更年期细菌性阴道炎40例

摘　　要：目的观察更年期细菌性阴道炎(MBV)患者采取妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗的临床效果。方法 将接诊的更年期细菌性阴道炎患者79例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(40例)与对照组(39例),两组患者皆签署知情同意书,愿意配合本次研究。对照组采取替硝唑治疗,而研究组采取妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗,两组患者皆予以半年以上的随访,观察记录两组患者临床效果、不良反应发生率及随访半年时复发情况,并对比分析。结果研究组临床总有效率为100.00%,对照组则为89.74%,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗期间发生不良反应3例,对照组则出现10例,研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);随访半年时,研究组复发2例,对照组则复发9例,研究组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论更年期细菌性阴道炎患者采取妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗可以取得比较良好的效果,疗效确切,安全性高,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the effect of Fuyankangfu tablets intergrated with tinidazole tablets in treatment of menopausal bacterial vaginitis. Methods Selected 79 cases of menopausal bacterial vaginitis as the research object and randomly divided into the study group（40 cases） and control group（39 cases）. The control group was given tinidazole tablets,while the study group was given Fuyankangfu tablets intergrated with tinidazole tablets. Compared and recorded the recurrence of the two groups of patients with clinical effect, adverse reaction rate and follow-up for six months. Results The total effective rate of the clinical research group was 100 %,significantly higher than that of the control group（89.74%）（P 〈0.05）; 3 cases of the study group had adverse reactions during therapy,while the control group had 10 cases,the incidence of adverse reaction rate of the study group was lower than the control group（ P 〈0.05）; 2 cases of the study group had recurrence while the control group had 9 cases,the recurrence rate of study group was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Fuyankangfu tablets intergrated with tinidazole tablets in treatment of menopausal bacterial vaginitis pa-tientscan be achieved relatively good results,curative effect,high safety.
