摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症(腰突症)的治疗,总结密集型银质针疗法联合硬膜外神经组滞术治疗腰突症的疗效。方法 将腰突症60例,随机分成对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予腰椎牵引加普通针灸治疗;观察组给予密集型银质针疗法联合硬膜外神经阻滞治疗,连续治疗30天后进行疗效观察。结果观察组与对照组疗效有明显差异,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论密集型银质针疗法联合硬膜外神经阻滞疗效显著。Objective To explore the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and to summarize the efficacy of dense silver needle therapy combined with epidural group delay in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group, the control group received lumbar traction plus ordinary acupuncture treatment; the observation group was given the dense silver needle acupuncture therapy combined with epidural nerve block treatment, observe the effect of continuous treatment after 30 days. Results The observation group had significant difference with the con-trol group, the efficacy of P 〈0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The dense silver needle acupuncture therapy combined with epidural block in the curative effect is remarkable.
